Kate at work

Show Studios’s new project is a series of found-footage fashion films created together with an exquisite selection of contemporary video editors. The first video that has been released is called ‘Editing Kate’ witch was taped and edited by Jamey Harley while Nick Knight was shooting Kate Moss for an editorial for the December 2010 issue of Vogue Italia.

I think it has the perfect dose of sensuality without falling into a sexual/vulgar side

Here is the link to the video - I don't know how to put it properly on the blog...

Below are the pictures of the Vogue Italia Dec 2010 editorial

until next time,

Naughty Mariano

Mariano Vivanco is making his way in the fashion industry as a photographer. His portfolio includes  editorial shoots for Vogue, Dazed & Confused, Wonderland, GQ, Elle, etc., advertising campaigns for the most important international fashion brands, films, calendars and more. Uomi is the name of Mariano's most recent project, a book done in collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana inspired by masculine archetypes, modern Adonis reminiscing of Greek and Roman traditions...blah blah blah. - in my own words: hot guys - proper eye candy

I say we should keep his name in mind, who knows maybe he could be the next Mario Testino and the funny fact is that he is also Peruvian.

Proenza Schouler Rules

I got back home today after having a lovely lunch with the only purpose/obligation of cleaning up my room witch looks more like a battle field than a proper bedroom but I was lost in temptation and went straight to my computer. The good thing is that I came up with this 'mood board', or whatever you wanna call it, of Proenza Schouler classical Peruvian knits inspired looks. This is actually the first time that the duo experiments with statements knits and I'm kind of loving it.

(The pictures are from and the background is the Sacred Valley, Cusco, Peru)

I can totally see the textile of this picture merging with the PS looks, what do you think?

Finally, this is a really nice picture taken in the Andes of Peru that I found on Internet.

Hello Strangers!

I have been thinking for a long time about starting a blog but somehow time has passed by or maybe I just didn't had 'los huevos', as we say in spanish, and until today it was just an idea wondering around my head. After watching this short film featuring Kate Moss and Disney animated illustration by Jo Ratcliffe and Bouwine Pool I though why not start it right now? So here it goes and here is the film. Enjoy!
